Our Company
Our History
Keeping the traditional service
Formerly known as Partin Real Estate, Partin Roweton Real Estate is a joint venture between Rob Partin and Katie Roweton! You might see some new branding, but it’s still the same folks who are committed to keeping our clients as our highest priority.
We have residential, commercial, and farming properties, as well as all other aspects of real estate for sale in Bolivar, Pittsburg, Pomme de Terre Lake, and throughout Southwest Missouri Ozarks.
Katie Roweton is a real estate broker, investor, and property manager who loves helping people build something lasting. Along with co-owning Partin Roweton Real Estate, she and her husband Lance also operate L&K Property Solutions and L&K Roweton Investments, where they focus on growing and managing real estate portfolios with a long-term mindset.
With a background in education and counseling, Katie brings a thoughtful, relational approach to every transaction and investment.
She also serves as Executive Director of Missouri Beef Days and sits on the EPCO Foundation Board, continuing her commitment to education, youth, and community involvement.
At home, Katie and Lance are raising their son on their family farm, balancing business ownership with farm life and family. This blend of family, work, and service shapes how she shows up—grounded, invested, and committed to strong relationships.
Our Mission
To use the honest approach in every transaction and interaction we have.
In the end, if it’s best decision for our client, it’s the best decision for our company. We will always put integrity above every sale.
We will never compromise.
