Talk to your agent about readying your home for pictures, listing and showings so that you can show your home at its best and sell fast.

Your Listing Goes Live

Your real estate agent will walk you through listing agreements and disclosures. They'll also have pictures taken of your home. Then, your listing will go live. Partin Roweton Real Estate charges a 6% listing fee (3% Listing, 3% selling), as many may not know the broker and agent have a split fee. Four parties are paid from that fee, and we do not charge anything if we don’t sell the home.
We will get your listing live with professional photographs and a details that are sure to get it sold.

Marketing & Showings

Prepare to be interrupted at the worst times. Showings never come when you are ready. Try to keep your home show-ready at all times.

Offers & Negotiations

Once the offer is in, your realtor will help you reach the best outcome to execute a contract

Appraisal of Your Home

Don’t overthink this. The appraiser is there to do their job for the lender. Help them see the potential in your home

Closing

Switch over your utilities, leases, forward your mail and move out! Closing documents will be given to the title company for you to review and sign. Bring your ID and any keys, openers or codes to hand over to the Buyer.
